Vending Service Agreement

This agreement is made the _____day of _____, 20__ by and between______________(Vendor)  and _______________(Location).

Whereas, Location desires quality vending service for it's employees and customers.

Whereas, Vendor has the capacity to provide vending services and equipment.

Now, Therefore, both parties agree as follows:

1.  Location agrees to allow Vendor to exclusively provide vending equipment upon                 location's premises and shall dedicate proper space for the equipment subject to the         terms and conditions of this agreement.

2.  The term of this agreement shall commence on _______ 20__, and shall continue until      such time that either party requests a 30 day written notice to end the agreement.

3.  Product pricing: Bagged chips____ Candy____ Pastries____ Bottled water____

    Bottled soda____Bottled juice____Energy drinks____ Other________________

4.  Vendor shall be responsible for installing and maintaining vending equipment and shall       remain sole owner of equipment.

5.  This agreement is assignable by either party without notice.
